Refund policy
Please email all return request via email: admin@polyarmour.com.au
If you wish to return an item because you have ordered the wrong size, we will accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date. Returns are only accepted with the original tags attached & must be unused. Once we receive your parcel, your refund will be issued.
Items purchased more than 30 days ago cannot be returned.
If it is faulty, please provide proof of purchase & provide proof of the issue via taking a photo.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping label. We will send a return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
